Safe Road Services is a New Zealand based, complete traffic management company. From the early stages of quoting and consultancy, through TMP design, to traffic management at worksites, our friendly and professional team makes sure you get top quality service from the get-go.
We were first established in 2017. Since then we have grown to a team of more than 30 full-time and on-call staff, qualified in all aspects of traffic management, equipped and trained to set up sites of all sizes and durations, from a half-day shoulder closure to a year-long project. We also run 24/7 emergency response crews.
We are local people with local knowledge who have worked with a variety of contractors, giving our team a broad understanding of your team's needs when working on the road. Our clientele ranges from reputable civil construction and highway maintenance companies through to utilities and events.
We are a very safety conscious company with a strong focus on making sure everyone returns home safe, whether that is our staff, our clients or the public. Everyone’s safety is our priority.

NICK
MANAGING DIRECTOR
A classic entrepreneur based in the Waipa, Nick started Safe Road Services in 2017. Through Nick Pemberton Construction he saw first-hand the short supply of reliable traffic management and set out to fix it, with a focus on safety, reliability and compliance. Those qualities are why clients keep coming back.
LUKE
GENERAL MANAGER
Luke started as an arborist in 2003 and gradually moved into traffic management, from setting up sites through to designing plans, coordinating resources and quoting. He holds his STMS ABC-NP, TTM-Planner and TTM risk assessment warrants. As GM since mid-2019 he drives strategic planning, compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.
SILAS
NATIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
With SRS since 2020, Silas came up through the ranks from traffic controller to STMS, Branch Manager and now Operations Manager, earning a variety of TTM quals along the way - including, STMS AB, TTM Mentor and TTM Risk. His knowledge of our procedures, health and safety focus and logistics background make him a natural to run operations, and he still leads by example by helping on site with both planned and callout works when an extra hand is needed.
KAMERON
CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER & H&S COORDINATOR
Kameron is the first point of contact for enquiries, bookings, quotes and traffic management plans, and her customer focus is second to none. She programmes works across both branches and, as H&S Coordinator, looks after our HS committee meetings, on-site auditing, incident investigations and keeping our sites compliant and our people trained.
BOBBY
QA MANAGER & TTM MENTOR
Our quality specialist and a qualified TTM Mentor and STMS AB with more than a decade in the industry, Bobby joined in 2020 as a lead STMS and quickly became our secret weapon. He visits sites across our branches to run Site Condition Rating audits and competency assessments, and mucks in alongside the field team to mentor and lead by example.
